Metro 1 Properties brokers a 100,000 sf warehouse in the heart of Hialeah

Wynwood-Miami, FL  - Tony Cho, President of Metro 1 Properties, and Fabian Graff, Senior Associate, co-brokered an 100,000sf industrial warehouse for a reported $3.35M in the heart of Hialeah. Located at 621 & 651 W 20th Street, the space represented by CBRE was formerly home to Beckman Coulter, Inc., a publically traded company (BEC) on the New York Stock Exchange.  The buyers, ANFS, LLC, an investment group partially managed and owned by the Metro 1group, purchased the property for investment purposes. At current, Senior Associate, Fabian Graff, is working with the Biotech and life science industries to facilitate new business into the submarket. With a Metro rail stop just blocks away it is an ideal employment center as well as being located just north of the Miami International Airport.
