LIME FRESH MEXICAN GRILL® FRESHENS UP DOWNTOWN MIAMI
Miami, Fla. – Homegrown brand Lime Fresh Mexican Grill®, which has attracted cult-like followings in some of South Florida’s hottest areas, is now stretching its reach to include Downtown Miami.
This newest Lime restaurant, located at 7 West Flagler Street, is slated to open in April/May 2010, and will be the brand’s seventh South Florida location. Tony Arellano, the Commercial Sales Director of Metro 1 Properties, represented the tenant, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, on this extensive re-develop to suit location in Downtown Miami’s Central Business District.
