Tony Arellano

Tony Arellano was born and raised in Miami Florida. From the age of eighteen Tony has been a licensed realtor and mortgage broker. This foundation has allowed him to pursue the continuing process of building industry specific knowledge and experience that has and will continue to identify him as an expert in his field. Tony is currently a candidate of Finance and Real Estate at Florida International University. In addition he is pursuing advanced commercial real estate designations with the CCIM Institute that is recognized for its preeminence within the commercial industry and represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners.

Tony Arellano is the Commercial Sales Director for the Metro 1 Properties in-house sales team. Tony Arellano has closed over 35 deals in the first year at Metro 1 Properties with a gross sales volume in excess of 20 Million Dollars. Noteworthy deals have been with companies such as Sunbelt Rentals as subsidiary of Nations Rent, Wilco Electric a large electrical contracting company, and Demtech USA an international biomedical manufacturing company. With a focus on tenant and landlord representation he has begun to develop a specialty that he will continue to forge through the duration of his career.
